Junior deSouza Ministries endeavors to work towards and fulfill, to whatever degree possible, the panoptic goal set forth in Ephesians 4:11-13 and 3:21: to equip the born-again community that it may be built up towards unity and maturity, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ, that the Father's glory may be in the church by Christ Jesus.
Actional
Junior deSouza Ministries actionizes the aforementioned vision in four main ways: (1) a vast online armory of equipping resources addressing a variety of dimensions using a variety of methods, (2) a JDM community in which faithful supporters and partners interact personally with Junior for individualized equipping, (3) formal and informal mentorship relationships with developing leaders, and (4) itinerant ministry and short-term missions to the church at-large.
